Kinect Sports is a video game for the Xbox 360 that uses the Kinect peripheral. The game was developed by Rare and launched alongside the peripheral. The game allows multiple players to engage in six different motion-controlled sports, with many challenges for each experience. It also includes a Sports Party mode, allowing many players to play in a tournament or series of tournaments.^[1] Kinect Sports supports downloadable content that offers additional challenges at no extra cost.
